We process orders within 1-3 business days before shipping.
To cancel an order, we must receive your written cancellation via email at info@peaknordic.se , and the order number must be provided.
Cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once shipping has begun, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.
When returning, a fixed fee of SEK 79 will be charged. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt via info@peaknordic.se , and attach clear documentation (pictures or video) and state the order number.

20 working days in case of high load or unforeseen delays.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow the package's journey to you.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over 499 SEK. For smaller orders, shipping is only 49 SEK within Sweden. Fast delivery and tracking number are always included.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, often within 1-3 business days. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has been placed.
If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after ordering via info@peaknordic.se . We will do our best to help you, but if the order has already been shipped, we cannot stop the delivery.
If you have received an item that you do not want to keep, you can follow our return policy to return the product within the specified time.
